The Mobile Resource Manager (MRM) helps organize, route, dispatch, track, and communicate with mobile assets (people and equipment) and customers. MRM uses wireless communications, Global Positioning System data, and a suite of Web-based applications to provide complete control of field operations.

GPStrac

GPStrac allows our customers to locate, track and validate mobile workers or assets through the use of location aware devices. Depending on the customer requirements, these devices can be as simple as a standard cell phone (Nextel or Sprint available today) or a GPS ‘Black Box’ mounted in the vehicle or asset. GPStrac enables our customers to perform a wide range of geographic functions including:

Locating a worker
Automated job start / end based on arrival and departure
Play back a route driven by a mobile worker
Generating alerts when a boundary is crossed (Geofencing)
Identifying the closest available workers to a job



SmartConnect

SmartConnect connects the mobile worker with the central office through real time data / communication. User-specific information is transmitted to the mobile device throughout the day as information is updated. The mobile worker can view the information, enter updates, and transmit the results back to the central office, eliminating paperwork, wasted time and the corresponding expense incurred. Additional equipment can be integrated with the mobile device such as bar code scanners or printers.

SmartDispatch
